This is a formal notice that you are forbidden from placing a dwelling or any personal effects on the property located on lot 2 per the description as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the South side of a farm road which stake is located South 84 degrees East 330 feet from Jerry Stancil’s corner (now or formerly) just North of the aforesaid farm road; runs thence south 84 degrees East 55 feet to a point, runs thence South 6 degrees West 257 feet to a stake in Stancil’s line, a new corner; runs thence North 84 degrees West 110 feet to a stake; runs thence North 6 degrees East 257 feet to the point of BEGINNING, and being the western half of that property conveyed to Elizabeth Inez Shepherd and Bernice Shepherd by deed recorded in Book 656, page 447, Johnston County Registry to which reference is hereby made.
