Public Notice In accordance with NC GS 160A-364, the Clayton Planning Board will conduct the following evidentiary hearing on Monday, July 22nd, 2019, at 6 PM in the Town Council Chambers in Town Hall located at 111 East Second Street to consider the following: • 2019-138-VAR 110 W. Front St. Variance; variance request from section 155.203 Part 2 (K)(2)(a) of the Unified Development Code from the 30 foot side and rear setback requirement from adjacent residential property. The 0.13 acre property is zoned Central-Business (B-1); TAG # 05031012. 
• 2019-58-VAR New Trinity Missionary Baptist Church Variance; variance request from section 155.203 Part 2 (K)(2)(a) of the Unified Development Code from the 30 foot rear setback requirement from adjacent residential property. The 1.81 acre property is zoned Central-Business (B-1) and Neighborhood-Business (B-2); TAG # 05019025. 
• 2019-59-CUP New Trinity Missionary Baptist Church; request for a Conditional Use Permit to demolish an existing church building and build a 12,685 square foot building for church use. Per Town of Clayton UDC, a Conditional Use Permit is required to operate a church in the Neighborhood- Business (B-2) zoning district. The property is zoned Central-Business (B-1) and Neighborhood- Business (B-2); TAG # 05019025. 
During an evidentiary hearing, the Planning Board must make findings of fact based upon sworn testimony and other credible evidence. Citizens may give testimony in an evidentiary hearing after they have taken an oath. This is an open meeting and interested persons are invited to attend.
