Church to host Easter egg hunt

KENLY — The Highest Praise Ministries Worship Center, 201 N. Gardner Ave., will have a fun day and Easter egg hunt from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 20.

Sunrise service, egg hunt planned

SELMA — Pleasant Plain Original Free Will Baptist Church, 1991 Old Beulah Road, will hold an Easter sunrise service at 7 a.m., a worship service at 11 a.m. and an Easter celebration and egg hunt at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 21. Lunch will be served and a bounce house will be on hand for the children. People of all ages are invited to attend and there is no dress code.

Blood drive planned for May 3

KENLY — A community blood drive will be held from 1:30 - 6 p.m. Friday, May 3 at Piney Grove Original Free Will Baptist Church, 2201 Piney Grove Church road. Donors can walk-in or register at www.redcrossblood.org with sponsor code “Kenly.” For more information, call 919-202-3277.
