Panthers volleyball wins 2-of-3

The North Johnston girls volleyball team split a pair of matches last week against Northern Nash and defeated Neuse Charter at home to take its record to 8-3 on the season.

Against the Cougars, the Panthers roared back after falling behind in the first set 23-14 to take the opening set 26-24. North Johnston took the second and third sets 25-7 and 26-24 to earn the sweep over Neuse Charter.
