Selma Police arrested a 42-year-old Wayne County man Sunday evening and charged him with four felony counts of indecent exposure.
Police were dispatched at 7:21 p.m. to 210 Hunting Drive where a neighbor had allegedly exposed himself to juveniles.
One of the juveniles told police she ran to tell her parents and the suspect, identified as Martin Antonio Garey, went inside his residence.
Garey then came back outside and allegedly exposed himself again to the juveniles. When Garey confronted by a parent, he allegedly went back inside his residence and locked his door.
Police said they could smell alcohol on Garey, that he was unsteady on his feet and had red, glassy eyes.
Garey was charged and plead guilty to an indecent exposure charge in Wayne County in 2012.
He was transported to the Johnston County Jail where he’s being held on a $120,000 secured bond.
