Princeton improvement efforts are working

Princeton Town Clerk April Williamson said efforts to improve the town’s appearance are proving successful.

One of Williamson’s duties is code enforcement. She assumed that responsibility last October. She admitted she was anxious at first because she was unfamiliar with the process.

Williamson said most complaints she receives are for high grass and junk cars in the yards.

Princeton Town Clerk April Williamson at the Lee Mobile Home Park on Elm Street behind the Piggly Wiggly store. This is one site where the property owner has worked with the town to remove unsightly trailers and improve the property’s appearance.
