The rising seniors on the Princeton High School football team are preparing for their mission trip. Later this month, the Bulldogs will travel to New York City to work with the homeless and volunteer their time at the boys and girls clubs.
The mission trip will be the second one in which members of the Princeton football team have partnered with the student ministry from the Princeton Church of God. In July of 2017 coaching staff, players and representatives from the church traveled to Lumberton, to assist in home repairs for families who suffered damage due to the effects of Hurricane Matthew.
The Bulldogs took time out of their summer a year ago working to remove duct work and insulation from underneath homes which were affected by flooding.
