Progress on a display case being built by Conestoga Wood Specialties Company of Kenly to house historical memorabilia in the front hallway of Glendale-Kenly Elementary School is nearing completion and is expected to be ready in just a few days, according to company officials.
“The case is coming alive with all components manufactured and stained,” said Conestoga Operations Manager Gary Good. “We plan to assemble the case and install the glass this week.”
